There's a reason why Turmeric tea is a popular beverage and known as 'liquid gold'. 1/2 cup non-dairy milk unsweetened (I like to use Coconut)
1 tablespoon of Lemon Turmeric from Hawksview Honey
1/2 teaspoon ginger (ground or grated fresh)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and then immediately lower the heat to a simmer. Cook about 10 minutes, or until the entire pot smells deliciously spicy and the milk is a uniform golden colour. Strain the milk with a fine strainer or cheesecloth into a mug. Enjoy immediately, or keep pre-made in the refrigerator for a few days, reheat and enjoy.
